Who are we?
Rural Housing together with 13 health and welfare partners in north-eastern Victoria are working with families, single adults and young people.
STAR Housing builds on the success of the Early Intervention and Prevention Program that has been delivered by Rural Housing Network Limited in Wodonga.

We use an assessment tool to identify specific
housing and support needs for our consumers.
We offer the STAR Tenants Program – two half
day sessions to improve skills to find, secure
and maintain a tenancy.
We will provide you with our STAR Housing
Property Kit with information on how to
maintain your property.
We work in close partnership with local real
estate agents. Through early intervention we
assist to prevent the costs and inconvenience
created by rental arrears and potential
homelessness.

For people under the age of 25 who would prefer to work with a youth specific service, we have workers specifically for young people to assist you to sustain your tenancy
